Agreement and eligibility

By using the service or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to submit its information and accept these terms for it.

What the service provides

Honest Visibility offers a free scan and an optional paid complete analysis. The free scan records one customer-style search and checks bounded public website evidence. The complete analysis expands the questions, providers, claim checks, competitor comparisons, and priority-ordered recommendations described at checkout.

Reports are based on public information, submitted context, and responses observed from outside AI providers at a particular time. They are informational tools, not promises of ranking, traffic, revenue, customer selection, or future AI visibility. AI answers and public websites can change, and an observed difference does not prove why a provider recommended one business instead of another.

Your submissions and permitted use

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having permission to request analysis of the website or business. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, private customer data, confidential records, unlawful material, or content intended to harm or overload the service.

You may use and share your completed report for your own business purposes. Do not resell the service, scrape it, bypass usage limits, probe private reports, impersonate another business, or use automated access without written permission.

Prices, payments, and refunds

The price and included scope are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the displayed charge and the automated provider work needed to prepare the report.

If something goes wrong, contact us promptly. Refund requests are reviewed in light of whether paid provider work has begun or a report has already been delivered. A full refund before analysis begins ends the authorization to run that paid work. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

Private links and account recovery

Reports are opened through private links and may be recovered through a verified email address. You are responsible for protecting those links and access to that email account. Anyone with a private report link may be able to view the report, so share it only with people you trust. Contact us promptly if you believe a link has been exposed.

Outside services and sources

The service depends on third-party websites, payment systems, email services, and AI providers. Their availability, answers, search results, and policies are outside our control. Links and citations are provided for review; their inclusion does not mean that we endorse or control the source.

Professional judgment

Recommendations are practical website and visibility guidance, not legal, tax, financial, medical, licensing, or other regulated professional advice. Verify business facts, credentials, legal requirements, and material claims before publishing or acting on them. You remain responsible for business and website decisions.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may block abusive or unlawful use. We will use reasonable care in operating the service, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of a report or reliance on third-party information.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for a paid report will not exceed the amount you paid for the report that gave rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in San Luis Obispo County, California, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes apply going forward and will not reduce rights already earned from a completed purchase.
